Great for parents, educators, and researchers

This book is a wonderful resources for parents who need to know what options the law provides for their ADD children, for teachers who need to understand ADD pupils, and for anyone researching ADD policy. It also contains a brief segment on the history of ADD advocacy, which I found to be very useful.

This book is a great resource for any teacher!

I lent my copy of The ADD Hyperactivity Handbook for Schools to my son's teacher. She passed it around her school! Now I feel more confident that my child's teachers are more aware of ADHD and how to help children in school with this problem. This book makes theory practical and contains many strategies for assessment and management of ADHD in the classroom that teacher will beind immediately helpful.
