PURPOSEFUL TREATY: The Three of the Tree

The world is full of different people with different features, tribe, ethnicity, race and languages. The difference requires effective management of diversity. Wars, unrest and disunity have often occur disastrously due to mismanagement of diversity. A diverse world requires a dynamic leadership strategy less of domineering politics and more of purposeful treaty that helps manage the diversity by way of extreme reduction of things that triggers consequences of the diversity leading to violence. The 6 million souls of the holocaust need not to have happened if the Zazist regime recognized the success of the genes that runs in the blood of the average Jewish person.

Countries like the United States have shown how much of sophistication a Federal or State can achieve by accepting people of all races through a dynamic flexible immigration system. The mixture of the diversity brings about a national sophistication that is never seen in countries with less diversities. Abraham in the scripture is a typical example of this. He became a father of all nations having accepted to obey God's command to leave his country and settle in the new land of promise called Canaan. Through this experience, God instituted immigration, diplomacy, treaty and interaction between people and nations.

Language, culture, ethnicity, race and religion will all end here on earth but the quality you bring to life and the right attitude will remain and speak for you wherever you go after death. Man has allowed this things to take the better part of them while ignoring the things that really brings about success individually and nationally.

Institutions where sentiments of diversity reigns, progress diminish. Institutions are what they are because of diversity. In this book, I will be taking you to a place of refuge and knowledge revelation regarding treaty which bridges our diversity and give birth to success. The divinity of man's sexual difference makes a union beautiful, productive and relevant. So is diversity when adequately managed and utilized to achieve its super-goals in national life. Many developing nations that were founded by colonial sailors till date, are surviving by the shipment of goods from developed countries. Developed countries on the other hand are getting richer by the shipment of their goods to other nations as a foreign exchange helping to boost their economies and aid the survival of their citizens.

This is made possible by interaction brought about by treaty. No country is seen to be great surviving just by itself. Survival and national progress is a function of well managed diversity and the right treaties to explore ways of promoting peace and business cooperation.
