Mitch Rapp: An American James Bond

American Assassin is an introductory book to the character Mitch Rapp. Author Vince Flynn does a wonderful job of setting up his characters in this book. Giving the readers some background info on them, but not over doing it. In fact, some like the character Hurley, made me want to know more about them. He keeps the story moving along at a quick pace. Which makes it a page turner. If you’re looking for a spy/espionage type read this is a great book. I honestly can’t wait to continue reading more books in the series. Well Done!

New Favorite Character

I just started reading this series and love it! Mitch Rapp is an exciting character and the action is fast paced. If you like suspense and intrigue, this book is for you. I can't wait to read the second one of the series to see what happens next.
