The T-Factor Gram Counter

After having a heart attack the cardiac rehab-dietitian recommended this book in order to count saturated fats. What a wake-up call. By limiting intake to 12 grams per day, I lost weight, and my VAT cholestral dropped to great levels. Could not do it without this book.

Great Information for the money.

Albeit small this is a great source of information for anyone who is counting calories and fat grams. Even if you're not, you'll be astonished how some of your favorite foods weigh in health wise.

Don't leave home without it!

Whether tracking points for Weight-Watchers or just making a wiser decision at a restaurant, this handy little book helps put nutritional values in perspective. I've carried mine around for eons, just realized there was an updated version.

I keep this with me all the time!

I am on a low fat diet for health reasons, and this is a quick reference book that I can keep in my purse. Very convenient!

This works better than anything else I've tried so far

I'm buying this updated guide for the 2nd time - 12 years ago I lost many pounds that I kept off for over 5 years using this plan. Then after going off and gaining, a few years ago I tried the fad low-carb plan and lost lots of weight and gained back double. So I'm doing this one (T-factor) again because I know it works for me long-term. The little book is great and fits easily in a purse to carry around wherever you go so you can check calories, fat grams etc. and it includes well-known restaurants/fast food items as well, so you can really compare before choosing foods. It's also great for cooking and knowing fat/calories of each ingredient as you prepare your meals.
