Visual QuickStart books rock! I very much enjoyed this book. I worked through every example in the book in a long weekend. (I'm determined to learn JQuery). It is an easy read. You do not get lost in deep analysis or discussions on the topic being covered. Each page and facing page covers a JQuery method or command with a very simple code example of how to use it.
