Another great Bastion Club story

This is a very good book! I love the whole idea behind the Bastion Club, and so far all of the heros have been excellent! (Although Tony was my favorite!) This was another excellent story, very well written with lots of steamy love scenes. Great job, can't wait for the next one!

a strong women and a strong man meet in a delightful book

Well done character development and I ejyoyed waiting for how they would encounter the traitor and other members of the club was as always wonderful. I liked the way the romance developed and the part her brothers and his sisters played as well. the Bastion Club is an excellent series of people I like. Each of the men have strong character, and a true understanding and attention to those arround them. Men we would all love to know. Loved it! Madeline was a bit dense in seeing Gervase's goal, but that was what made it wonderful. Enjoyed another excellent Stephanie Laurens book.

Laurens Bastion Club Latest is winner!

LOVED this book! Of course I like the whole series too. Stephanie Laurens hasn't lost her touch. If you've enjoyed the Bastion Club and/or the Cynster series, make sure to pick this one up!

Very enjoyable book!

I enjoyed the plot and the young brothers and sisters of the main protagonists. I like that Stephanie Laurens' heroines are always strong, sure-of-themselves, and adult behaving women. I'm still unclear about who and why someone was trying to buy up the tin mine leases? Maybe that will be explained in a later book? Or did I miss something?

Gervase agrees to spend three months looking for a local woman to wed, but Gervase has requirements that any potential bride must meet. Surely his neighbor, Madeline Gascoigne doesn't meet one of the most important requirements, compatibility. Gervase may believe that he and Madeline aren't compatible. But he is a man of his word so he will do his utmost to see if he and Madeline are well matched. Well matched in every possible way. Stephanie Laurens is a consummate storyteller. Each Bastian Club novel remains distinct from the others, but is superbly tied together. Beyond Seduction, the latest in this series, is uniquely enchanting.
