Long-Lost Father

Brett Glennon was supposedly killed while working in Africa for "Doctors for Africa". His reappearance is shocking to his wife Sam. Sam has been hiding from her in-laws because Sam was an orphan and the Glennon's don't think she could be a fit mother to their granddaughter, Casey, who is blind. Brett wants to see the daughter he has never known and he is confused and angered by Sam's unhappy reaction to seeing him again. Sam is terrified that Brett will take her daughter away and Brett is desperate to get his wife and child back. They both have much to overcome before they can attempt to make a life together again. Long Lost Father is very touching. There are moments of heartache as well as moments of joy. Although she acted much older than her supposed five years, Casey is adorable.
