This program works!

This book got me moving, and has changed my life in a major way. There are unbelievably detailed descriptions of each day's walk, lots of photos, entries from those who've used the program in the past, inspirational sections, plus menus and recipes. I lost over ten pounds the first two months, and four inches off my belly. The book is so detailed as to be almost overwhelming. I first read about the WOW program in a short article on the Prevention Magazine website, tried it out for a couple of weeks, and then ordered the book. That condensed version is simple and might be a good place to start for those deciding if WOW is for them.
