Troy Evans appears to be an ordinary graphic designer in Minneapolis, but beneath the surface lies a man leading a double life. At the age of ten, a near-death experience when he fell from a tree, triggered a profound Out-of-Body Experience that changed everything. Over the years, Troy learns to control these experiences, leading him to stumble upon a covert meeting discussing a terrorist attack. When he reports this to Homeland Security, he is wrongly imprisoned in a high-security facility as being delusional. Despite his attempt to prove his innocence and the truth about what he witnessed, only his psychologist eventually believes him, and together they plot an escape to warn the authorities about the impending attack, racing against time as the day approaches.
