Outmsmarting Diabetes

I ordered the book Outsmarting Diabetes because I have been diagnosed as being "borderline diabetic" so I wanted to know how to deal with my condition. The book points out all the good change of habits that lead to managing the condition such as loosing weight, exercise and diet. It is a good reference book so I can maintain a healthy lifestyle to help me deal with my health problem. I found the book very helpful and informative.

A little bit of valuable knowledge.

Know someone with diabetes? Have it yourself? This is a book that fills in some blanks. Some of this information is not told by your doctor, some is from Europe. All is relevant to you. Will it save your life? I honestly don't know. But some of the information, such as taking 300mg of AlphaLipoic Acid, twice a day, to reduce the pain of neuropathy -- works. Tried it, amazed at the results. Passed it onto several doctors and other diabetics. It's that good.
