This book describes my attempts to stay active while aging (I'm now 66), despite two premature hip replacements and a heart valve replacement due to a genetic defect. If you're "in your later years," like me, hopefully my story will inspire you to keep moving if you already are or get moving if you are not. I also give advice based on what I have learned over the years on physical and mental training as well as diet. I am an engineer and comfortable with scientific literature, and have tried to come up with a good solution to the problem of aging gracefully.
