Lots of imaginative combinations.......

For those tired of entertaining in a traditional manner this is all the inspiration you'll need, with sandwich meals perfect for impromtu gatherings to sit down affairs. The last chapter alone, filled with 32 different condiments, sauces, salsas, and spreads is worth the price of the book alone. Using Ray's concept of varying different toppings, each recipe can be interpreted into a new and different taste sensation.

This book is amazing. Not just your same old BLT or PB and J. It combines flavors and textures from all over the world creating new easy to make sandwiches that will please even the pickiest eater. The book is divided by chapters such as Special Occasions (sandwiches indulgent enough to serve at a formal gathering), New Classics (updates on the standards), To Go (sandwiches that travel well), and much more.
