A wonderful introduction to bread baking the easy way

I love this little cookbook, too. As a cook who doesn't particularly like to work with yeast doughs, this book on food processor techniques was a wonderful solution for my bread baking challenges. The recipes are delicious and the photos are excellent. Our favorite recipe is the Holiday Wreath which we have made for 15 years and it never fails to impress. Without this book I would never have tried it.

Bread Made Easy

I never even thought of baking bread until I found this book. Every time a different bread comes en Vogue, the recipe is in this book. There are recipes from all over the world, all excellent.
