Sent the wrong book, but customer service was quick and responsive

EDIT: Customer service was quick to respond and is sending a replacement, so thank you! I have used the book in the past, and it's a fabulous resource for assessing math concepts. Original Review: I was sent the wrong book when I ordered this item, and I do not have the option to return. I was sent Kathy Richardson's "How Children Learn Number Concepts" instead, which is NOT the same. I contacted customer service, so hopefully this will be resolved, but I would only order this item if you are okay with losing the money on an incorrect item.
