Oops (or duh!) - Read last one first!

I obviously did the reading backwards - still.... While looking for something to read after plowing through I don't know how many books - I stumbled across this one. Needless to say, I have since ordered the remaining six in the series. I more than thoroughly enjoyed this reading -the characters, the plot, the dialogue and so on. Enough so that it has prompted me to write a review, which I never do or have done. What impressed me most was the tenderness shared between the characters, those involved, and those not. I have read some reviews that say the relationships are a bit unrealistic... Reading is an escape, a fantasy, a learning tool, whatever. If I wanted reality all the time, I wouldn't be buried in a book! I Love Dana and Amory and agree with the reviewer who thinks they should have their own series!! Something undeniably sweet about them. I am working on my own "story" that I hope will grow up to be book someday. I hope I am fortunate enough, clever enough - to be graced with the presence of Radclyffes style and charm. At any rate - if you want something to read that will capture your attention, imagination and a bit of your heart - read this...but start from book one! I do intend to reread the latest installment all over again once I read the first six - Indeed, it was that enjoyable.

Great Book!

I have really enjoyed reading the Honor series and was super excited when Word of Honor came out. It did not disappoint! Although the story does seem a little repetitive at times, it is well written and shows excellent character development. I love this series because I love reading about Blair/Cameron and Stark/Savvard's growing relationships. Who doesn't love a good romance? Now I have to wait for the next one!

Good but not as engrossing as other books in the series

I think Rad has mined the last gold from these characters. I'm glad she tied up most of the loose ends, but if there is another book, I think it will be one book too many. I found myself thinking that the protective arm of the Secret Service is seldom called to fire their guns in this country (much less every six months). The problem with writing fiction that parallels contemporary happenings is that it is difficult to do it without treading on reality and putting some of what we wish will/had happpened in the fiction. It is another good read, but I'm glad the series seems to be at an end. Yes, I know that there are other stories that could be told because she has so many characters that we care about, but for the nonce they should be allowed to live their lives in our imaginations and not on the printed page. One question: How did Ellen Grant (first two books) morph into Ellen Marks in this book? If she took her husband's name or went back to her maiden name a nit-picker like me would like to know.

Very good & exciting book

I love this book. Great love scenes and a lot of action. Cam & Blair are amazing as always. also, the new characters are fun & hot. Great read!

Fabulous Suspense! Wonderfully erotic!

From the opening page the tone was set. This was going to be another terrific entry in the Honor series highlighting Cameron and Blair. I loved that the author brought all my favorite characters from this series together in this novel. The new romance between Emory and Dana was HOT! Chapter two was an excellent intro back to Renee and Paula - they are a tremendous couple! Fabulous having so much Valerie and Diane. And not just the couples but dialog between friends Blair and Diane and ex-lovers Valerie and Cam humanize the people. As always the author provides a chuckle at just the right moment. The ending will knock your socks off. I really don't think I stopped reading until the end - I remember at some point being handed something to drink! Don't miss any of the novels in the series - Above All, Honor Honor Bound Love & Honor Honor Guards Honor Reclaimed Honor Under Siege
