Based 100% on scripture, a real look at how we'll spend eternity

I like this book because it gives a real, scripturally based assessment of what life in heaven will consist of. Every human has a built-in curiosity and desire to know about the afterlife; every religion on earth acknowledges that there is one of some kind. God built that desire and intuition into each one of us so we would seek to know Him! If you are a Christian believer, and you understand that life on earth is a test run - a choice of how we decide to spend the afterlife (with or without God) - then you will like this book and its analysis of all scriptures that pertain to heaven and what we can learn from them. The part I enjoyed most is learning about the city in which we'll live, why/how we as humans were made for productive activity in heaven, and what that will include. No sitting on a cloud for me! See you up there...
Solid material without the fluff

With so much interest in the afterlife and a sea of material to reference, it was really refreshing to find this book. This author's material is solid, biblically-based teaching, unlike other books out there that offer mainly the author's personal opinions. I think it's fair to say that most Christians (and the world) are sick and tired of people playing church. There is a desire to know that there has to be more than this life. This is a book that gives a very good glimpse into the next life, a life that offers the peace most are looking for. I highly recommend this book.
