There are three different workout routines that address inner/outer thighs, quads and glutes/hamstrings. Very basic moves but adding the cuff w/weights increases the intensity. I did not use pennies for weights as recommended (plus pennies would not be heavy enough). I ended up buying 2 lb weight circles and increased the weight as my fitness improved.
