Book #1 in amazing series. A definite read!

Couldn't turn the pages fast enough. Loved it!!!

Wonderful book that makes you think!

This was another Richard Paul Evans hits. The story was very well written. From the first chapeter you are drawn into the story. It was so hard to put the book down that I read it in two days. The plot is very timely and just about everyone will be able to see themselves or someone they know in this book. I highly recommend it to any and everyone. You will not be disappointed and will find it difficult to wait another year for the next book in the series to come out.

I have to say that what this book will share with you is how in the moments of complete loss, how real all of us can be, and how we need change to get us through the moments of loss and pain. The quotes from his diary in the book are inspiring, thought provoking, and beautifully written!! One of my favorites, and I am anxiously awaiting the next four books.....Kathy

Thought Provoking!

Once again, a Richard Paul Evans book that I could NOT put down. I've been a fan for about 10 years now, have read all of his books. I buy them the day they are released and usually end up reading them in one sitting. The Walk proved no different. It was very thought provoking for me and very enjoyable. I am very sad that I have to wait another year to see what happens next in the journey. It almost seems as though Richard Paul Evans has actually take this walk. They way that the places, people and encounters are described really leads you to believe that it is real. The imagery is unbelievable and I am really able to place myself next to the characters in the book and experience the story with them. Great read!!

A Book Well Worth Your Time and Money

Who hasn't thought of walking away from their life at one point or another? In Richard Paul Evan's new book, Alan, the main character does just that after he looses everything, including his beloved wife. This is the first of 5 installments as he journeys on foot across the country while coming to terms with all he has lost. It is a very capitvating story and moves quickly. Although the book has it's own satisfying ending, you definitely remain very attached to Alan and are left looking forward to hearing about the rest of his journey!
