5⭐️ Seller . Thanks soo much

5⭐️ Seller . Thanks soo much. Book was in amazing shape

One of the best ever!

Even now, nearly one year since the dramatic end to this stunning series, I can still remember this book. I haven't touched it since then, but the story, the action, the ending have all stuck in my mind. The most amazing thing about these books is that as they get older they get more mature. Less emphasis on stupid morality, more emphasis on kill or be killed. In this book, one of the last ones, the yeerks have stopped ...footing around and started mass infestation, via a possessed National Guard group, and a new subway system that leeds right to the Yeerk Pool. The Animorphs know they must finally destroy the pool. So, they break into a normal National Guard base, convince the troops about the invasion, and take several thousand-pound bombs with them. They then comandeer a subway train, load the bombs into it, and head for the pool. They slam into it, escape(after freeing most of the people), and the bombs detonate, destroying half of the city. After that, the Yeerk Mother Ship descends from the sky, and you know that the final battle has just begun. It is a slightly disturbing, upsetting book, but if you've ever wanted an excuse to read Animorphs, this is it! In closing, I'd like to say that this series is one of the best of all time. Even today, one year from its end, the books are still on bookshelves. So, if you'd like a great sci-fi series, with humor, action, maturity, drama, and great characters, then I can recommend no better one. Animorphs has done to sci-fi books, what Harry Potter did to fantasy books: It took a dying subject and revitalized it. Animorphs 52, The Sacrifice is a plain example of this.

The only hope is a horrible sacrifice.....

Ax and the other Animorphs have faced too many risks lately. Ever since they have had to retreat from their ordinary human lives, the war has completely changed. Jake's hope as well as the other Animorphs' have been torn apart, and nothing is at seems anymore. Now the Yeerks are intensifying their once subtle tactics, and they're forcibly making humans submit and be sent down into the subways to the Yeerk Pool. Ax and the others need to match tactics with the Yeerks. Their hopes are low, but if the Yeerks are getting drastic, so must the Animorphs -- if they want to survive, they must. But now they are facing a horrifying decision. They are facing a decision that will forever change the war. They are planning to destroy the Yeerk Pool, resulting in the deaths of thousands of human lives. The choice is a deadly one. Can Ax and the others justify such terrrible actions -- and face the horrible consequence? Now that the fight has changed, and every hope has been shattered from the terrifying revelations to the broken bonds, it may be time to face a new approach -- though it is frighteningly uncertain. Animorphs #52: The Sacrifice is one of the most exciting and dramatically involving books in the Animorphs series that is nearly over with just two more books left. Emotional, intense, and exciting, this was one of the most heart pounding books in the series. With only those two final books left, #52: The Sacrifice is an extremely worthwhileand delivering read. K.A. Applegate soared into new heights with this amazing addition to the Animorphs series.

The Sacrifice

It's ending. The terrible war for Earth between the Yeerks and the Animorphs is drawing to a close. But at what price? The Animorphs, living in hiding in the free Hork-Bajir valley, are beginning to question everything they've ever thought was right. Already they've given the power to morph, at the shock and disgust of the parents, to a band of disabled children, something they'd never have done before. BEFORE the Yeerks knew exactly who they are and where they lived. BEFORE they came after their parents, and the kids had to bring them into the battle. BEFORE they could walk down the street, knowing only one Yeerk could morph. In a war there are sacrifices, and Cassie made the biggest one letting the morphing cube fall into the hands of the enemy. But now it seems that more sacrifices are going to be made . . .In the previous book, the Animorphs made a bold move, and told the Head of State about the attack. Now it's open warfare, with no one knowing if the general leading your army is on your side . . . or theirs. And the Yeerks are no longer hiding. They have launched a full-out attack, and are bringing thousands of humans to a mass infestation. The final sacfifice is going to be made, as the Animorphs make a horrible plan- to blow up the Yeerk pool, killing hundreds of people and aliens, innocent and not. There's no turning back now . . .I thought this book was fantastic, and I can't WAIT for the next! No Animorph fan can possibly miss out on The Sacrifice. The countdown's begun, and it's gonna get ugly.

In every war there are sacrifices.......

The end is near. The battle for Earth can't go on much longer. One side is going to win. One side is going to lose. And the Animorphs fear they may be the losing side. The Yeerks have declared open warfare. They are herding thousands of people into subway trains at gunpoint. The trains travel through new tunnels direct to the Yeerk pool, where mass infestations are being performed. The Yeerks are building an army of controllers. The Animorphs know that soon the Yeerks will be far too powerful for them to have even a hope of defeating. So they are about to do the unthinkable. They are about to question everything they have always thought was right, and challenge the morals they have always fought for. They are going to attempt to blow up the Yeerk pool. And in the process, thousands of innocent people may die. This was one of the most powerful Animorphs books ever. If you're a fan of the series, you definitely will not want to miss this book.

The sacrifice ( animorphs #52 )

The animorphs have had to deal with a lot lately. Major changes in the way they live. Betrayal from within. Deadly missions. And, now, it's getting worse. They can't keep waiting for the Yeerks to strike before they take action. So they form a plan. Something that threatens to destroy the very morals that seperates them from the enemy.
