An Awesome Book!

I was looking at some other reviews and was shocked. I can't believe you can not like this book! Maybe the idea of the spirits of dogs being that of a long-extinct alien species is a little far-fetched, but, hey! Look at the rest of the series. I LOVED it!

THE CHEE ARE SOOOOOOO COOL!

Marco decides to go to a rock concert with Jake - in dog morph. There, they see Marco's old friend Erek King. But the dog mind doesn't like him - as Marco puts it, "he didn't smell". After Rachel's useless suggestion of "Maybe he just showers a lot," Marco decides to use his osprey morph and join Tobias to see what's going on. They see Erek running away from some bullies - and then he runs into a bus. For a moment he looks a lot like a - robot? They decide that they need to go and see what Erek is, so Ax and Marco morph wolf spiders and they see something that Ax tells them is an android. It turns out that the Chee - the androids - were slaves of a race of doggy-like creatures called Pemalites. Erek wants to get rid of the Chee's nonviolent nature and sends them on a mission to retrieve a Pemalite Crystal, so they use bat morphs to collect it. There's only one problem - you can't use bat echolocation if you have a crystal in your mouth . . . They'll have to force their way out. But there's HUNDREDS of Hork-Bajir - and only five Animorphs capable of fighting. This could be the last morph they ever do . . .This book was good, showing what happens if you give a nonviolent community the capacity to be violent . . . believe me, the second-to-last chapter is really nasty! Overall, yet another great read!

This is the best Animorph book I've read!

The Android is awesome! The best part was when the android saved Marco as he was about to die. It was very scary. I could not stop reading the book. I think people who have not read this book should do so soon.

THIS BOOK WILL NEVER LET YOU COME BACK TO YOUR WORLD!

I give this book a 9 because it was pretty good. Marco and Jake are at a concert (in dog morph) and they see Erek King, Marco's old friend from school. I thought Marco was insane when he and Jake told the other Animorphs and Ax that Erek didn't smell. (That's gross.) So the Animorphs and Ax investigate, and they find out Erek is an android. If you want to find out more, READ THE BOOK!

A book that will keep you on the edge of your seat!!!!!!!!!!

In Animorphs #10 The Andriod, five kids have the power to morph. (In Animorphs #1 The Invasion they explain everything.) One kid, Marco, sees an old friend named Erek. He was handing out flyers for the Sharing, which is a secret organization for the Yeerks. The Yeerks are aliens secretly invading earth, taking over the bodies of people and controlling their every move. Later, the Animorphs are told by Erek that Erek and the others are the Chee, who are androids. I think I need to explain what I said about the others. The others are not the Animoprhs, they are other androids. The Chee were created by the Pemalites. The Chee were originally made as toys. Chee means "friend." The Chee were programmed to not kill anything. Only one thing can rewrtite their systems, the Pemalite crystal. There's only one problem, the Yeerks have it. That's where you can enjoy an adventure with the Animorphs, by the way, Marco is the one who came up with the word Animorphs, it means animal morph. I liked this book because I've always liked science fiction books. I also liked the way the author writes from somone else's point of view. The author also cycles through each Animorph's point of view, in a pattern. I recommend this book and all the other Animorph books in the series. By David McGough
