If you don't read The Rebonder by Thomas J. Dygard I will sue you!!!

The book The Rebounder by Thomas J. Dygard was great. It's about a basketball team called the Hamilton High Panthers. The coach, Coach Fulton, is just about to start a season when a transfer student from Indianapolis shows up at school. He's tall, slim, looks athletic, his name is Chris Patton. But, something in his past is holding him back from playing. Will Chris Patton go out for the team? If he does, will it haunt him? This book makes you feel like you're at the school or wherever it is. You definitely should read this book. You don't even have to like basketball.

Reccomendation

I recommend this book to anyone who loves the sport of basketball. "Alan Woodley's deadly outside shooting led the scoring, but it was Chris Patton at center who really made the difference." Also it is about following your own personal goals. Coach Fulton supported Chris during the season to overcome his problem. "He ought to play to beat this thing." Here Mickey is telling coach Fulton that in order to overcome his problem, he should play basketball. I learned that anything's possible if you at least try it. In conclusion, if you enjoy the sport of basketball, you will enjoy this book.

5 stars++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

This book was sooooooooooooo good!!!!!! I read it in one day! I loved it. It kept you guessing what was going to happen next. The book started with Chris moving and not wanting to play basketball because her injured a kid, but he finally comes around and with him the team comes together and begins winning big, but then Chris injured another kid and he quits the team, but with help from his fried Mickey he comes back and helps the team again. This book was awesome and I give it five stars++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Rebounder

I really liked this book. The Rebounder really shows how a person feels, when they think they are responsible for a tragic accident. The boy in the story, Chris Patton moved to a new school because of a job change for his dad. Everyone at the school just assumed he was a ball player because of his height and he looks athletic. The coach of the basketball team looks at his background and finds out a few things about Chris. If you are into sports, you would really enjoy this book. The Rebounder really tells a lot about how accidents aren't always your fault and you shouldn't blame yourself for everything, it can really hurt you. This book is very interesting and shows how much people care and are willing to help someone that needs it. I liked how all the friends of Chris helped him through this terrible time for hi, and how Chris `s parents didn't push him to do everything, he made his own choices. I recommend this book to everyone, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

I thought this book was awesome because it's a great story!!

It was awesome and had a tragedy that fit the book perfectly and after reading it, Thomas Dygard became my favorite author.
