Helpful

I had (nice to say 'had') arthritis caused either by a virus or infection. My doctor treated with Azithromycin, but I read this book and took and am taking fat emulsified cod liver oil. The dietary principles seem to be sound. If nothing has worked save for increased doses of NSAIDS, this book can help. Cod liver oil has some very helpful uses.

Saved my life

Decades ago I was almost incapacitated by RA. Following this book's suggestions gave me my life back. I became pain-free and mobile.
