This ecclectic book should be read by every student of science, medicine, psychology, philosophy, or art. It's use of metaphore and analogy to explain and elucidate breaks down the traditional barriers and heightens understanding in all the disciplines.

I've read this book more than once.

This is one of the best books ever written about the human body. It's a book that I have reread more than once because there's so much in it that I don't want to forget. It's entertaining, delightful and interesting.
