Chapter 11 Disturbing to say the least

The first two books in this series were excellent. Unfortunately chapter 11 is extremely disturbing with its explicit content of a torture device made by two brothers to torture a frog to death... I’m not even sure why the author added this to the story to begin with. It had no bearing on the missing bell. I had to delete this entire chapter unsuitable for children.. The author should seriously consider rewriting that chapter
