Quick and fun read

Another good one from Iris! I really loved this book but thought it ended a little too abruptly.

Keeper!

This is the first romance book I read when I was a teenager, and it has remained my favorite and on my keeper shelve. Very happy that it has been reissued!! This book has it all: a hero that is yummy and honorable, a heroine that is feisty without being irksome, and a superb plot. Have the tissues ready. I would also recommend reading One of Touch of Topaz; it is also about the island of St. Pierre.

Sizzling! Absolutely fantastic! Totally Riveting!

This book has all the best elements of a fabulous story with lots of action and tender scenes. Because charismatic leader Ricardo believes in everyone's "Right to Choose," lots of good men have flocked to his side in his fight against an oppressive dictator. Lara believes he's the Pied Piper leading her brother to his doom. Amidst the struggle for freedom, they discover a love & passion worth fighting for.

Full of toe-curling excitement! I couldn't put it down!!!

A very touching story of Ricardo--a charismatic and idealistic freedom fighter in St. Pierre, and Lara--a brave American set to rescue him but doesn't believe in him. Together they find much more to live for and cherish. This one's a keeper!
