Hats off gentlemen! This book is an aggressive approach on technology as a system to support our work (work = activity) in learning. The introduction of current technology to facilitate business (Rex/PAN) is refreshing and exciting. It discusses paradigm shifts, management tools, and describes the challenge of traditional training and education industry entities to create a mentofactured workforce. Bravo!

It is difficult to find a book as comprehensive as this one, covering both strategic and tactical views of the topic. Michael Marquardt and Greg Kearsley have done an excellent job of showing the multiple options available in electronic performance support and how these options can contribute to organizational learning and sustained performance.
