THE STORY WAS O.K., BUT THE WHOLE BOOK WAS VERY PREDICTABLE. THAT'S WHAT MADE THIS WHOLE STORY DISAPPOINTING TO ME!

Exceptional !!!

This book was wonderful! The details were so real; I could feel myself sitting on the New Jersey shore. Within 2 sittings, I had completed the book. Definitely a fun, daring, and heartbreaking novel. I would read it again in a heartbeat.

The town, the people, everything comes alive in this book. The author did a perfect job at making the characters seem real.

A Thoroughly Enjoyable Read!

By now I've read enough romance novels to know a good one when I find it, and Sleeping Alone definitely makes the grade. Barbara Bretton has created characters that I actually cared what happened to, characters that have been hit hard by life but somehow managed to get back on their feet and fight again. If you're looking for a heartfelt story that is a cut above the rest, this book is certainly for you.
