Insightful, funny, a must read for those who want to get ahe

Finally, a book written by someone who walks his talk. Steve's straight forward, no nonsense approach on how to motivate others was a real inspiration to me. His real life expereiences indicate that he is not just another "how to" author. What I enjoyed most was the fact that Steve has been living this approach to dealing with others for most of his life.
