An incredible book analysing the more scientific aspects of meditation. Discusses the underlying basis of meditation from the viewpoint of three major religeons of the world. An insightful and exceptionally thought provoking book. Inpires a desire to delve into deeper realms. I currently share a very old and dog-eared copy with my family and am looking for a new one.
