Fighting Multiple Sclerosis can cause a myriad of feelings for the MS fighter; for me, the two of the most common feelings were confusion and isolation. Confusion because there's so much information about MS that it's overwhelming and hard to navigate; and Isolation because my symptoms at times caused me to feel alone and I thought no one understood what I was going through. That's why I wrote My Life with Multiple Sclerosis: It Looks the Way I Make It Look!" I wanted to let my fellow MS fighters know that they are not alone, and many people understand.
