Very worthwhile book, helpful for various medical conditions

Dr. Flatto, who started his career as a chiropractor, earned his MD by the time this book was written. This is a very useful book. It is comprised of various exercises that are designed to treat particular conditions, as asthma, diabetes, arthritis, prostate conditions, headaches and many others. The exercises largely involve yoga asanas and calisthenics, which is, I think, a unique combination. Some exercises treat several conditions. I've been doing one of his exercises - which I don't know how to classify - for prostate conditions, which involves crawling around on all 4's, just like one of my cats. It's really helped me. Also, an exercise for asthma, which involves simply moving the arms up the side of my body, while inhaling, and moving them down while exhaling. The natural healing power of the body is truly remarkable when we give the body a chance to heal itself, and help it along naturally. I think this is far preferable to stuffing it with drugs that have so many bad side effects. This book is unfortunately OP, and I really encourage people to buy it for themselves, or as a gift, while copies are still around.
