Midwives of Moses: A Biblical Historical story featuring an Inspiring Woman

By Jenifer Jennings

When obedience means death, Puah's defiance may bring the hope of deliverance.

Pharaoh summons the midwives of Egypt and hands down a decree that turns Puah's calling into a weapon. Every newborn Hebrew boy must die.

Obedience will cost innocent lives. Defiance will cost her own. Puah chooses defiance, and for reasons she cannot understand, Pharaoh spares her and her guild.

The years pass and the slavery grows crueler. A Hebrew boy raised in the palace turns his back on his royal inheritance, kills a man, and disappears into the desert. When Moses returns decades later as Yahweh's chosen deliverer, plague after plague falls on the only land Puah has ever called home.

As the final and most terrible night draws near, will Puah stay in Egypt, or follow Yahweh into the wilderness and leave behind the women she has served for a lifetime?

Accompany Puah as she faces the tests of her faith in Midwives of Moses, Book 1 of the Faith Finders series.
