A Stolen Wife: A Biblical Historical story featuring an Inspiring Woman

By Jenifer Jennings

History remembers a king's sin. This is the story of the woman it happened to.

Bathsheba wants nothing more than to give her husband the gift of fatherhood. Uriah is a good man and a faithful soldier, and when the army marches out in the spring, she does what a soldier's wife does. She waits, keeps their home, and counts the days until his return.

That spring, King David does not go to war.

What follows is not Bathsheba's choice. She is taken during a time of ceremonial purity and sent home carrying a secret that could destroy everyone she loves. The weeks pass, and the secret grows harder to hide.

What will happen when Uriah learns the truth? And what will the king do when Yahweh uncovers the sin he believes he has buried?

Discover Bathsheba's heartbreaking story in A Stolen Wife, Book 4 of the Faith Finders series.
