Great for beginners!

I absolutely love this meditation book! There are many ways one can meditate. This book will give you step by step instructions on visualization techniques while meditating. It has helped me to create just what I wanted in my life. You can pick and choose which meditation you would like based on what you might need that day. Perhaps you are wishing release fear, so you read that short meditation on what to do. Or perhaps you want a loving relationship. There is a meditation for that as well, along with many, many subjects to pick from. It is very easy to do and you will immediately notice a difference in your life.

Worth all if it's weight in gold!

There are so many different meditations in here that you can use to help you in your life. My favorite thing is the details in the visualizations. I will never look at a waterfall in a stream the same way again.
