Outstanding!

This was one of those books that had everything. It had wonderful action scenes, a beautiful and touching romance, and a little bit of magic. The actions scenes were descriptive and exhilarating, the romance was funny, touching and sad all at the same time. I highly recommend this series from Cherry Adair.

Fascinating Read

A good fast paced read. I had a hard time putting it down and couldn't wait to start on the final book in this series. If you like suspense, romance and paranormal books, this is one you should read.

Romantic Suspense

This book was thoroughly enjoyable. I found the action and suspense kept my interest peaked as I read. I also enjoyed, the character development, and found myself liking the characters for their love of others as well as their family ties. I would definitely recommend this book.

Edge of Fear

I have read every book that Cherry Adair has written and enjoyed each and every one.. The edge of Fear is the second book in a trilogy about three brothers who are wizards and who are also under a curse put upon their family by a witch who was spurned by one of their ancestors. The first book Edge of Danger through the last book Edge of Darkness are great, Ms. Adair has a way of making her books work if singerly read or if you read them all and they are all wonderfully written with strong characters both male and female and wonderful stories. If you have never read a book by Cherry Adair these books are a great place to start, and once you have read her books you will be wishing she could write faster.

Wait a sec -- this is REALLY much better than you might be led to believe!

OK, end of a hot, tiring week and I was grouchy as could be. Grabbed this book at the grocery store out of desperation and went home and read the reviews. Bummer! Sounded like a dog BUT I started reading and to my surprise this is a really solid book to add to this series. Yes, there is repetition but the "Curse" is so tightly thought out that the repetition is like examing a puzzle box for a flaw to create an "out". The male and female leads are consistent in their intense emotions and make good, logical decisions based on the information they have. Then there are a couple of crackerjack plot twists at the end--I didn't see them coming AT ALL-- that end the story just perfectly. Seldom am I left guessing at where a story is going but this was a goodie and the strongest of the series so far. However, the next one is previewed in the back of the book and now I can't wait. Well done and fun!
