Some called Ofer "the nasty neighbor from hell," while others called him "Mr. Extremely Difficult" because he was always patrolling and meddling, like an overly enthusiastic neighborhood chief or an annoying law enforcement officer. However, fewer and fewer people called him that, as the neighbors in this area either moved to the city, went to nursing homes, or, if they were lucky, went straight to heaven. Actually, Ofer had also planned to reunite with the love of his life. But if things could go as planned, it wouldn't be reality. On the day he began implementing Plan A, a family moved in across the street: a bumbling, slow-moving Swedish husband paired with a passionate and meddlesome Iranian wife. Before they even moved in, their trailer had already damaged Ofer's wall and mailbox. Of course, Ofer couldn't tolerate this series of illegal and disorderly acts, and in order to correct their mistakes, he thus began an inextricable (and perhaps unpleasant) connection.
