Excellent

I initially borrowed this from the public library but right away wanted a copy for my own library. The recipe for hamburger buns is very good. Many varieties of recipes to help you take control over the food you eat. There are also two recipes for breakfast cereals and several for ganola. Take a garbage store bought food and turn it into something you can actually eat. Next recipe to make? Cornflakes.
