Not the beginner book I imagined

I was under the impression you needed no special equipment. You need some basic stuff. Chin up bar, lateral bars, movable bar. Other things like a bench can be substituted. As far as exercises, there are quite a few that I would not be able to do for quite a while. The pictures aren't exactly clear. They were taken from different sources. Some are pixilated. This book is great if you're already in Shape or close to it and you want to tone up but not for most people's idea of what a couch potato is. If I could return it I would. I was choosing between this and another book. This one said beginner so I went with this one. Oh well.
