Easy to do together and challenging for even 'seasoned' marriages

This book has short daily readings that took 10 minutes or less to read; but were packed with challenging thoughts and deep conversation starters. Even after a decade of marriage we felt that this book brought some great discussions to the surface. Especially written with emergency personel in mind (law enforcement, ambulance workers, or even soldiers) this is a great book to help better understand one's spouse and thier tough challenges and often dangerous work balanced with family life.
