Good, unusual, easy-to-prepare recipes.

I've discovered six or eight really nice recipes in this little cookbook. The dishes are flavorful and unusual, a pleasant surprise from most "easy prep" cookbooks. No kidding: six or eight really nice recipes that I'll repeat many times during the next several years. A very tasty cilantro-chicken pizza, a refreshing mango-cilantro salsa to accompany sauted fish... These are mostly recipes for quick'n'easy (but very nice)weekday-night family dinners, but -- really -- I'd consider a couple of these for a dinner party.
