Great book

This book is great for working out on your own with the ball. It gives very clear directions, and even lets you know what muscle groups you are targeting so that you can really focus on getting the most out of each exercise. This is the best ball book that I have bought (I also have Pilates on the Ball, which is good but this one is better).

Balance on the Ball

This is a wonderful book for those who are already doing some exercise ball work or who are wanting to get started! Doesn't waste time telling you WHY you should etc., but has necessary background for fully utilizing exercises presented. Gives you great demonstration pictures, variations, tips, what major muscle groups benefit, and then groups exercises for you to fit in with what you want to accomplish. Good for beginners to instructors!

this book helped me get a great body!

I've been working out quite a lot and have been slow to achieve results. when i started using this book I sort of gave up the dieting and the workouts and had this "what the hell, I'll just try it out" sort of attitude. Well, I have to say that my figure has gotten much much better with these exercises. I found it really easy to understand the exercises and I can do them in front of the TV at times as well. This is a great book! I highly recommend it!

this book helped me restore my balance!

Just wanted to let others know how big a difference this book made in my life. I bought the ball as a chair for my desk, and I came upon Ms. Crawford's book by accident. I tried some of the exercises just for fun and they were great. I became much stronger fast, although I only started with a few exercises, just to play. The exercises are easy to follow and totally help you achieve a great body with not that much effort. It feels like play and you can do them in your living room! I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in fitness, and anyone with injuries (I have a bad back)

Wow, what a book...

I just purchased this book a couple of weeks ago and I can already feel the differences it has made in my body. The wonderful stretches have helped to greatly reduce the soreness in my back. I work out at the gym 4-5 times a week and these ball exercises are a fun way supplement my current routine. Even the beginning level exercises are challenging and after just a couple of weeks, I am progressing to some of the more difficult moves. I would highly recommend this book to anyone!
