Zen Life

Lovely, lovely book. Inside and out! I love seeing it on the table, and I like to open it once or twice a day for a "snack" of insight. It's wise but written in contemporary way, which might be why I find it accessible even amid the usual busy-ness of a day. Great gift book, too.

Guidance Thru a Challenging World

I had the pleasure in meeting Danny Levin through work (Zensei Clothing Line). Not only is his clothing beautiful, with inspirational symbols and words, but also these same words and more are portrayed in this book. His lifestyle reflects from him everyday through his conversations, casual and business encounters. A truly great example of someone "living what they preach". Every passage in this book really touched me. I sat one night and read cover to cover. Sometimes crying, sometimes laughing. Every passage seemed like stories I had experienced or feelings I had felt, that Danny was able to put into words for me. Still I try and open the book everyday, sometimes multiple times a day when I need a little perspective. I recommend this book highly for those looking for a great book to guide you day to day in the Zen way. :)

An incredible inspiration!

This book provided me not only with inspiration to stay positive during uncertain times, but it has become a true guidance for my everyday life. With the peaks and valleys of today's busy world, we can so easily forget the most important foundations for our lives. This book revitalized me and I can't imagine a soul that wouldn't benefit from reading it. Daniel Levin has truly touched my heart and I hope he does yours.
