Your Reasonable Service

Ever since the creation of man, God has provided guidelines for the health and nutrition of both the body and soul. With the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, we now have liberty from the restrictions of the Law. But we find that not everything edifies or is beneficial for good health. Scripture regarding health and nutrition is just as relative today as when first God-breathed. It provides the believer a means of proper stewardship for the physical body to better enable us to be living epistles for Christ. This book has provided a guide for those striving to glorify God thru healthy bodies, which is Your Reasonable Service. Joe C. Guthrie Jr. is a practicing physical therapist.
