This worked for me!

I have read this book and it provides a straightforward plan that is easy to follow (you have to muster up some willpower!). But, this book can definitely help you lose weight and feel good again. I did it and stuck to McTeer's advice and lost weight and my clothes fit right for the first time in years. I recommend everyone give this a try...give it at least one month and you'll never want to go back to your old ways!
