I've read a lot of yoga books and this is definitely one of the best -- and one of the most beautiful. The writing is simple and clear, making yoga concepts and philosophy very accessible. There's a real focus on the spirit of yoga through the poses, rather than just a "how to," mechanical approach to contorting the body.
