An excellent resource!

Excellent book, this is a perfect guide for beginners who are new to working out. I liked Brad’s other book ‘Sculpting Her Body Perfect’, but this one has become a real favorite - it completely expands the conditioning section from the other book and has advice on home equipment that still stands up today. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wasn’t taught much about functional fitness, including anyone who might need more guidance and detail when starting out.
