What I was missing....

It is so easy for us to move through life blind to even the most obvious things. And sadly, many people pass through day by day unseeing, blind to the beauties God has surrounded us with, unaware of the blessings He has bestowed upon us, and ignorant to the influence He has upon our lives and those we touch. Sometimes it takes sitting back with a book like With Open Eyes for us to realize we are walking around with eyes squeezed tightly shut. I found myself to be inspired by the words spoken by talented writer Amy Bartlett. I was impressed by her writing style. It was so easy to read and inviting. It was personal and it led me from page to page, hungry to learn more. I found myself motivated to seek God in everything, looking for Him in the obvious as well as in the places I would not normally seek Him.
