This book gives the difference between the different type of dieters and you can see what type or types you are. It has opened my eyes to see why I fail on certain diets. It pretty much tells you to eat according to the food pyramid and to cut out sugar and things that aren't good for you. One of the types I am is a TV Diner. I always feel like I have to watch TV and eat at the same time so the solution for me is to watch less TV. I am also what they call a Broken Dam to where I will do really well on a diet and stay strong and then without warning I will break and eat the foods I am not supposed to.
