Great Book for a parent who wants to help their kids in sports.

Purchased it for my daughter, but started reading it and couldn't put it down. It's actually going to help me, help her. The fact that this book comes from someone who's in the arena, instead of outside of it really makes it real and special. The lessons will work for anyone playing a sport.
