I wanted to find some useable skills to help myself deal with my relationship with my husband. I found it difficult to communicate my thoughts to him. This book is easy to read, with instructions that are clear and very do able. The author explains several different situations and possible out comes which will help you sort out your plan of action. Through out the book there are short evaluations for you to check your progress. It can be a very valuable tool to improve or even save your marriage. After using the skills from this book you know you have tried your best to improve your relationship. I also think this book will even assist women dealing with the frustration or quilt of separation and communicating with your estranged partner.
